ARE ALL THE APPLIANCES INCLUDED?

Yes, all of our brand new condos include a high end appliance package.

IS HEATED UNDERGROUND PARKING INCLUDED?

All of our 2 and 3 bedroom condos include one heated underground parking stall.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, domestic pets are allowed, but are limited to one dog and one to two cats.

CAN POSSESSION DATE BE IMMEDIATE?

Yes our remaining condos in Phase 2 are offering immediate possession dates. Possession can also be delayed up to 9 months if needed.

IS PHASE 3 PRICING BEING RELEASED?

Yes, we are now offering pre-construction pricing for phase 3 condos.

WHEN WILL PHASE 3 START CONSTRUCTION?

The construction has started and is projected to be complete by fall 2024.

HOW MUCH OF A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?

$10,000 for a 1 bedroom condo and $15,000 for a 2 bedroom condo. Deposit amount may increase if a delayed possession is required.
